Waterloo murder suspects arrested

Four men, Waterloo police say, shot and killed Otavious Brown were arrested Friday.

25-year-old Jacques Dominique Williamson, 17-year-old Armand Isavia Anthony Rollins, 20-year-old Shavondes Shavez Martin and 15-year-old Doncorrion Deangelo Spates are all in custody.

The four are facing charges of Murder 1st Degree, Attempted Murder, and Intimidation with a Weapon.  21-year-old Brown was shot and killed on July 17th off of Logan Avenue. Brown was shot once in the chest.

The investigation continues.
