Miami of Ohio returns 17 starters from a team that finished with a 3 and 9 record last year ----

Coach Chuck Martin served as the offensive coordinator at Notre Dame before becoming the Red Hawk head coach.

Martin says he has been looking forward to bringing his team to  Kinnick stadium and getting dressed in the pink visitor's lockerroom.

And as for Miami of Ohio being a huge underdog--Martin is advising his players to embrace the role.

Martin said, "I just want to see how the kids individually respond we could not get Iowa to scrimmage us for an hour it would be a heck of a deal spring or falls camp to get a Big Ten team come and scrimmage us they are going to pay us a lot of money to scrimmage I mean for me that's the way we are going to approach it. Every single play is a chance to go against Iowa. There is nothing but positives unless you are scared--so if you are scared don't get on the bus. So if you are not scared to go there and get into a street fight and take some shots in the jaw it should be a heck of a lot of fun..

Game time is 2:30 pm Saturday at Kinnick Stadium.
