(CNN) -

The group -- seen protesting at the State Capitol yesterday in Des Moines -- is planning to protest at a construction site for the Bakken Pipeline today.

Last month, millions of dollars of equipment at a construction site was damaged -- and the pipeline company wanted to keep the protestors at least 25 feet away during today's protest.

Governor Branstad calling for the State Patrol to help during future protests.

"Branstad is just playing political games," said Ed Fallon, an anti-pipeline leader. "He knows that none of us involved with this are supportive of violence, are supportive of arson, property damage. He knows that and the State Patrol knows that as well."

The pipeline will haul crude oil across the state.
