A Waterloo man is facing multiple charges for allegedly impersonating a law enforcement officer, while drunk and armed at a concert.

The criminal report out of Johnson County says 26-year-old Timothy Draper was intoxicated at Kinnick Stadium on Saturday for the Back Porch Revival. A breath test resulted a BAC of .10.

He allegedly was wearing a Black Hawk County Sheriff’s deputy badge out on his waist band with his shirt pulled up. However, the report says he is not a law enforcement officer.

Police say he was also carrying a loaded firearm at the time.

Draper faces charges of Impersonating a Public Official, Carrying a Weapon While Intoxicated and Public Intoxication.
