A cold front slowing down over our southern counties may keep a few showers and storms in the viewing area early this morning, but will eventually track far enough south to let us dry out a bit.
Thursday feels more comfortable with low humidity and highs in the upper 70s. Sunshine also helps dry flooded areas. The sky remains clear Thursday night with cool temperatures in the low-mid 50s by Friday morning.
A mostly cloudy sky Friday leads to showers and storms likely Friday night through Saturday. At this point Sunday is expected to be the dry day of the weekend.
