An unhappy customer who allegedly drop-kicked a cake last year is making headlines again.

46-year-old Tricia Kortes of Michigan is being charged with assault and battery after surveillance video shows her slapping a manager at an ice cream parlor last year.

In July of 2015, Kortes was allegedly upset when Ray's Ice Cream Parlor in Royal Oak was out of the flavor of ice cream she wanted. She then reached over the counter, slapped the manager, and took off.

In June of 2016, the manager recognized Kortes when she saw an article in a newspaper describing an incident where Kortes drop-kicked a cake at a grocery store because she was unhappy with the design.

Kortes was notified of the warrant for her arrest and turned herself in.

She faces a penalty of ninety-three days in jail and a five-hundred dollar fine.
