CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Check your lottery tickets, someone is a millionaire and has yet to claim their prize.

A $2 million ticket was drawn one month ago today, and purchased at a Hawkeye Convenience Store in Cedar Rapids.

Iowa Lottery representatives were at the store located in the 2300 block of Wiley Boulevard today, reminding people to check their tickets.

"Let me go home search every pocket, go in every sock, every shoe, every purse and the garbage because I do play tickets, Powerball," says Irene Seals.

Some dream about what they would do with the $2 million prize money.

"Well I've always wanted a Jaguar for a car so that's one of the things I'd buy and number two would be build a log cabin," says Mike Luke of Cedar Rapids.

Others are holding out hope they are the winner.

"I'm on my way home to search and find it and I'll come back and be on TV as a winner," Seals told us.

This is your reminder to check your tickets.

"That one month mark starts to make us a little nervous, we are concerned somebody maybe had the ticket and threw it away," says Mary Neubauer, an Iowa Lottery spokesperson,

You could be $2 million richer than you thought, but if not, you can always try again.

"I bought two tickets and I'm gonna try again and again and again," says Seals.

The winner has a full year to claim their prize so there is still plenty of time left.

The prize needs to be claimed by July 17, 2017.

If the prize is never claimed, the money goes into the lottery prize pool to be used for future games.

The winning numbers are 11-17-40-50-62 the Powerball is 26 and the Power Play is 2.

The winner matched just the first five numbers, but added the Power Play which multiplied the prize to $2 million.
