Sandusky arrives at court for three day post-conviction relief act hearing

Posted: Updated:

Former Penn State Assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky arrived at court this morning to try and overturn his 45 convictions of sexually abusing 10 boys years ago. He plans to take the stand in an attempt to prove that he was wrongfully convicted four years ago. He also plans to explain why he decided not to testify during his original trial, and argue that his case was tainted by the prosecutors closing arguments, as well as other things. According to documents filed by Sandusky's attorneys this week, he will testify regarding each of his accusers and deny that he committed the crimes he was convicted of. Sandusky is currently serving 30 to 60 years in prison.
