MONTICELLO (KWWL) -

The Monticello Police Department is once again trying to solve a bank robbery.

Officers responded to Citizens State Bank at 117 West First Street Monday night.

Police say two women were trying to drop off a deposit for Fareway Grocery Store when a man with a gun approached them. He ran off with the money. No one was hurt.

He's being described as a man between 20 and 30 years old, wearing a black ski mask, black sweatshirt, and black pants.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Monticello Police Department at 319-465-3526 or anonymously via Text2Tell to CRIMES (274637) using the keyword JONES.

Police are also looking for any surveillance video of the area.

Last week, someone robbed the F&M bank on E. 1st Street in Monticello. Police later arrested Brandon Brown of Monticello.
