The fungicide was dumped from a plane on Tuesday, July 26th around 4 p.m.

The effected neighborhood has now been defined as the area around the Marion Swimming Pool.

The Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship Pesticide Bureau (IDAHL) has set the specific boundaries as the following:

North side: Monarch Avenue

West side: 31st Street

IDAHL is asking if anyone who saw a plane in the area at that time to come forward.
