Freshening up the city's online look. Tonight, the Waterloo City Council will discuss redesigning the city's website.
The contract for the new site is expected to cost $36,800. That's $20,000 less than the city expected.
17 companies submitted proposals to redesign the website.
The city's Director of technology says the city's other options are "to do nothing and be left with an outdated and inefficient website or choose a lower cost alternative which does not provide the City with the world-class website it deserves."
