41NBC news anchor Taylor Terrell dies

A news anchor from 41NBC News passed away Thursday after a fatal accident. 

According to WLOS, Taylor died after falling 185 feet off of Rainbow Falls - inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

According to 41NBC News, Taylor Terrell anchored 41NBC News at Daybreak and 41Today. Terrell also regularly reported for the station's education series, What's Right with Our Schools. She previously worked at 41NBC as a General Assignment Reporter and Weekend Anchor. Terrell started at 41NBC as an intern, immediately after graduating from Georgia Southern University.
