1 dead, 2 wounded in Waterloo shooting

UPDATE:

Waterloo police have release the names of the victims from Sunday nights murder. 

The shooting happened in the 800 block of Logan Ave.

Otavious Brown, 21, died after he was shot in the chest. Dewon Campbell, 17, and Aundrey Roberts, 22, both from Waterloo were also shot. Police says they were treated and released from the hospital.

UPDATE:

Waterloo police say no arrests have been made following a deadly shooting.

Police tell us three gunshot victims showed up at Allen Hospital at 5:50 p.m. Sunday.

Officers say they later learned the shooting happened in the 800 block of Logan Avenue.

A 21-year-old died from his injuries. The others are expected to survive.

Police have not released names.

Waterloo Police confirm one person is dead and two other people were wounded during a shooting Sunday evening.

The incident was reported on the 800 block of Logan near the Conger intersection around 6:15 p.m.

When we arrived, Waterloo Police were taking photos of shell casings in the street.

We hope to learn more information as it becomes available.

Waterloo Police are investigating a crime scene in the 800 block of Logan.

According to Watch Command, three victims were taken to Allen Hospital to be treated for gunshot wounds.

We received a phone call around 6:15 p.m. Sunday, and the caller said they believed a person had been shot in the chest in that area.

Police officers are currently on scene, and it appeared an officer was taking photos of multiple shell casings on the ground.

Right now, Waterloo Police have Logan blocked off at the Conger intersection.
