CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) -

Kristi Lea Rasmussen was arrested after escaping from the Hinzman Center and leading police through the NewBo area, to 380 south, to Coralville, and back to Cedar Rapids before she was stopped at 380 south of Hwy 30.

The chase was called off a number of times as Rasmussen went a high rate of speed while driving recklessly.
