UPDATE: Shots fired two days in a row in Waterloo

WATERLOO (KWWL) -

For the second day in a row, Waterloo Police are investigating shots fired.

In the past 24 hours, more than 40 shots have been fired. Thankfully, there have been no reports of any injuries.

At least twelve shell casings were found near Peek and Gable on Wednesday. A bullet hit a car.

Waterloo Police say multiple people were taken in for questioning, but so far no charges have been filed tonight.
