Fighting Saints fall in overtime at Bloomington forcing game 5

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (KWWL) -

The Dubuque Fighting Saints are set for a do or die game number five on Tuesday night. The Fighting Saints fell in game four at Bloomington 3-2 in overtime setting up the winner take all battle.

After falling behind 1-0 early, Dubuque's Jake Slaker scored the equalizer midway through the first period. Keegan Ford briefly gave the Fighting Saints a 2-1 lead in the third, but Bloomington's Tarek Baker scored with 5:32 remaining, a goal which eventually sent the game to overtime.

Brogan Rafferty scored 8:45 in to the extra period keeping the Thunder alive for game five.

Game five is set for Tuesday night at 7:05 PM in Dubuque.
