Hallice Cooke released from scholarship at Iowa State

Iowa State junior forward Hallice Cooke plans on transferring from the program and has been given a full release from his scholarship by head coach Steve Prohm.

Cooke, a 6-3 guard, saw action in 32 games lase season averaging 2.6 points per game. He transferred to Iowa State after playing his freshman season at Oregon State.

“I enjoyed my time at Iowa State and will cherish the relationships I made when I was a Cyclone,” Cooke said. “At this time I’m looking to find a better fit for me personally. I’d like to thank the Cyclone fans for their support the last two years.”

Iowa State senior Jordan Ashton also plans on transferring after graduating this spring. Ashton played in 24 games, averaging one point per game.
