INDIANAPOLIS (KWWL) -

Peter Jok's career high wasn't enough. Jok scored 29, but 20th Iowa (20-10) still took a first round exit from the Big 10 Tournament with a 68-66 loss to Illinois.

Jared Uthoff added 21, but the rest of the Hawkeye line-up hit just 6 of 30 shots.

Iowa made a run late in the game with Jok sitting on the bench after picking up his 5th foul on a double technical.  Nicholas Baer capped an 11-0 run with a traditional 3-point play, tying the game at 66 with 1:33 remaining. Malcom Hill hit the eventual game winning jumper for Illinois (15-18) shortly after as Iowa attempted just one shot in the final 1:14.

Iowa finished the season with losses in 6 of their final 8 games.
