Indiana Upsets #4 Iowa in Bloomington

The 4th ranked Iowa Hawkeyes fell to Indiana on Thursday night 85-78 for their first loss since their January 29th game with Maryland. The loss now moves those three teams; Iowa, Maryland and Indiana into a three way tie for first place in the Big Ten.  The Hawkeyes (19-5) were leading 60-56 with just over 9 minuets to play when Indiana  went on a 14-2 run and never looked back.  Jarrod Uthoff scored a game high 24 points, Mike Gesell had 17 and his layup early in the contest put him over 1,000 career points.  Peter Jok left briefly with a calf injury but did return.  Next up for the Hawkeyes they host Minnesota at Carver-Hawkeye Arena on Sunday.
