Hillary Clinton was back in Iowa Wednesday for the 5th time in recent weeks.

Her latest visit came on the day the Federal Reserve raised interest rates for the first time in nearly a decade, so, the Democratic front runner was talking taxes and national security at a Town Hall event in Iowa City.

Mrs. Clinton greeted supporters at the Historic Old Brick Church in Iowa City with a familiar Democratic theme.

“That we begin to ask the wealthy to pay more, to pay their fair share, in order to invest in America,” she said.

The former Secretary of State delivered opening remarks and took questions from the audience in the historic Iowa City church.

One man asked her about the fear of Muslims sweeping the nation, and how best to defeat the terrorist organization, ISIS.

She told the crowd, "I have a plan that I've been outlining on how to take on ISIS. How to defeat them, and how to do it without sending American combat troops to the region, which I will not do." That statement drew applause from the crowd.

In an exclusive interview with KWWL, Clinton expressed her concern over the anti-Muslim undercurrent in the nation right now.

She said, "This attitude that is, unfortunately, being trumpeted by the Republican candidates, led by Mr. Trump, is not only shameful and not in keeping with our values, it's dangerous. It's playing right into the hands of ISIS, and it's creating the kind of clash, a split between Islam and the rest of the world.”

She spoke of a top priority.

"The first thing we must do is prevent the Republicans from privatizing Social Security. It is the number one challenge."

The final question from the audience was an interesting one. "Would you rather be The President or Beyonce?"

Clinton answered by saying she would like to be as good a President as Beyonce is an entertainer.

Secretary Clinton arrived in Iowa City shortly after receiving the endorsement of billionaire Warren Buffet, following an appearance Wednesday in Omaha.
