Heisman finalists named

The list of Heisman hopefuls is now down to three.

Alabama running back Derrick Henry, Stanford running back Christian McCaffrey, and Clemson quarterback DeShaun Watson were invited to New York City on Dec. 12, where one of them will be name the Most Outstanding Player for the 2015 college football season.

Henry rushed for 1,986 yards and had 23 touchdowns.

McCaffrey rushed for 1,847 yards and 8 touchdowns. He also has 540 yards receiving and broke the single-season all-purpose yardage record, previously held by Barry Sanders.

Watson passed for 3,512 yards and threw for 30 touchdowns. He also rushed for over 800 yards as well.

Those missing out on the trip are Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield, LSU running back Leonard Fournette and Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds.
