WATERLOO (KWWL) -

The #15 UNI Panthers couldn't be stopped on the ground, and they run all over the #4 Portland State Vikings, 29-17 on Saturday night.

Quarterback Aaron Bailey and the passing game were held in check, but Bailey got loose for 200 yards on the ground and two touchdowns. Tyvis Smith also ran buck wild over the Vikings, adding 207 yards and two touchdowns himself.

In all, the Panthers ran for 401 yards.

With the monster day, Bailey now becomes the Missouri Valley Football Conference leader in rushing for a quarterback with 1,301, passing former Panther Tirrell Rennie, who rushed for 1,291 in 2010.

The Panthers have now rushed for more than 200 yards in five straight games, and six of the last seven.

With the win, the Panthers advance to play #3 North Dakota State in the FCS Quarterfinals.   That game will be played Saturday, Dec. 12 at 11 a.m.
