The Iowa Hawkeyes men's basketball team took care of UMKC Saturday afternoon, 95-75, behind Dom Uhl's first career double-double.
The sophomore forward scored 14 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to help the Hawkeyes win their third straight game and improve to 6-2 on the year.
Nicholas Baer also added 14, and five other players scored at least 10 for the second game in a row.
After coming off the overtime thriller win over Florida, the Hawkeyes looked a big sluggish early on.
But a 10-point run after UMKC tied it up at 13 put the Hawkeyes up for good.
The win came in big part due to the bench, who scored 53 of the 95 points in this game.
Next up, the Hawkeyes host Western Illinois Monday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
