The undefeated Iowa Hawkeyes are set to play the Michigan State Spartans in the Big Ten Championship game.

Michigan State (11-1, 7-1) will play Iowa (12-0, 8-0) on Dec. 5 at Lucas Oil Stadium with kickoff set for 7:17 p.m. CT.

The Hawkeyes finished the regular season undefeated after beating Nebraska on Friday. They were able to clinch a spot in the title game a week earlier when they beat Purdue on Nov. 21 to win the Big Ten West.

The Spartans earned the right to face Iowa after defeating Penn State and winning the Big Ten East on Saturday. Their only loss this season came at Nebraska.

If Iowa wins the Big 10 Championship, they will be heading to the College Football Playoff.

The game will be televised on Fox.
