Formal charges are filed against the woman accused of purposefully driving her car into a crowd of spectators at Oklahoma State University's homecoming parade.

25-year-old Adacia Chambers is charged with four counts of Second-Degree murder and 46 counts of Felony Assault.

On October 24, police say Chambers drove around a barricade and into a crowd of people watching the parade.

Four people were killed, including a two-year-old boy and three adults.

If Chambers is convicted, she faces a minimum of ten years in prison for each of the Second-Degree murder charge.
