The Waterloo police department is looking for a missing teenager.

18-year-old Moe Sed is described as a 5 foot tall male, weighing around 150 lbs.

He has black hair to his shoulders, with the tips dyed red, and brown eyes.

He was last seen around 11:30 am Thursday morning in the 1300 block of West 4th Street.

He was wearing his school uniform of black pants and a blue shirt.

Police say he may be riding a bicycle that has a blue rear rim and and orange front rim.

Police say he left without his medicine and he needs it.
