People in an east Texas community gathered Saturday, October 17, to remember a high school football player who died after suffering a seizure during Friday's game.

Dozen of people in Tyler, Texas filled stands at Alto High School's football stadium to remember Cam'ron Matthews.

With less than a minute to go in the first half, Matthews suffered a seizure on the sideline.

C-P-R was performed and he was airlifted to a local hospital where he later died.

The rest of the game was canceled.

It's unclear if Matthews was involved in a play or suffered an injury before the seizure occurred.
