A cold front will track through eastern Iowa on Thursday, bringing the chance for scattered showers and storms, especially Thursday night. The front stalls out in southern Iowa, and keep a chance for showers & a few thunderstorms in the forecast for later Friday as an area of low pressure tracks along the front. Right now, it looks like there could be some rain impacting some Friday night football games. The heaviest rain looks to fall across the southern half of the area. Nothing is set in stone yet, but as of right now there is a chance for a wet Friday evening.
