Two million pounds of Oscar Mayer turkey bacon getting recalled
Food maker Kraft Heinz is recalling millions of pounds of turkey bacon products because the bacon could spoil before the "best when used by" date. The Oscar Mayer turkey bacon was produced between May 31, 2015 and August 6, 2015. The products included in the recall include 56 ounces cardboard boxes of Oscar Mayer "Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon" and 36 and 48 ounce cardboard boxes of Oscar Mayer "Smoked Cured Turkey Chopped and Formed." The recalled products have the establishment number "P-9070" inside the USDA mark of inspection, as well as the line number "RS19." The products were shipped nationwide. Customers can take the recalled bacon back to the store where they bought it for a full refund.
