Cedar Falls Police were called to the McDonald's on Main Street just after midnight for a report of suspicious activity and reports of people in possession of firearms.

They spoke with Erks, who admitting to having a 12-gauge shotgun, a .22-caliber pistol and a .45-caliber pistol in his Mercury Sable.
