WATERLOO (KWWL) -

UPDATE:

The driver of a motorcycle involved in a collision with a truck was transferred to Iowa City.

According to police reports, 22-year-old Daniel Brown of Waterloo, was taken to an ambulance and transported to Covenant Medical Center before being transferred to Iowa City.

The 64-year-old driver of the truck, Ronnie Burk of Cedar Falls, was making a left hand turn into HyVee and did not see the motorcycle.

A witness of the accident told police Burk pulled out in front of Brown and Brown had no chance to react.  The witness said Brown did not appear to be speeding.
