CORALVILLE (KWWL) -

A Coralville man faces charges after he allegedly slept with a woman dozens of times, knowing that he was diagnosed with HIV.
Adam Musser, 34, is charged with Criminal Transmission of Infectious Disease; he was taken to the Johnson County Jail on Monday. He's also being held on a parole violation because, according to online court documents, Musser has been convicted of trying to criminally transmitting HIV to multiple women in the past. Criminal complaints say that starting in June, he had unprotected sex with a woman about 40 times but claimed there was no need to use a condom as he was disease free.
