DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Decorated boats will parade along the Mississippi Riverwalk Saturday in Dubuque.

The 2nd annual Lighted Boat Parade starts at 9:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public.  They'll start from the Port of Dubuque Marina and head to the Dubuque Train Bridge before coming back.

Before the parade, you'll be able to enjoy free music at the Mississippi River Museum's Rock the Dock plaza.  A Pirate Over Fifty will perform starting at 5:30 p.m.
