2 critically hurt in Waterloo crash overnight

Police have now identified the woman involved in a motorcycle crash overnight in Waterloo.

The crash happened late Thursday night at the intersection of West 1st & Locust.

Officers say Kari Scribner, 54 years old, was on the motorcycle with Michael Kielty, 54 years old.

Police used her fingerprints to identify her.

The motorcycle hit two parked cars.

They are both in critical condition.

Police believe he may have been drinking. They found a 40-ounce beer bottle next to the motorcycle.

Police are trying to determine the identity of a woman involved in a serious motorcycle crash overnight in Waterloo.

The crash happened late Thursday night at the intersection of West 1st & Locust.

A man and a woman were on a motorcycle that hit two parked cars.

Officers found Michael Kielty, 54 years old, and another woman in the middle of the street with serious injuries. Kielty was breathing, but unable to speak to officers.

Police believe he may have been drinking. They found a 40-ounce beer bottle next to the motorcycle.

He's now in critical condition along with a woman police have been unable to identify. Police will try to use fingerprints to identify her.
