Northeastern Iowan's win junior golf titles

Chris Cooksley of Winthrop and Cedar Falls' Claire Rolinger won titles in their respective divisions at this week's Iowa Junior PGA Championship. The tournament, held at Ames Golf and Country Club consisted of two 18-hole rounds.

Cooksley, competing in the boys' 14-15 division, finished one stroke ahead of runner-up Jack Hurley of Clive. He finished with a 36-hole total of 147.

Rolinger won the girls'14-15 age group with a score of 186, two shots better than Casey Noble of Morning Sun.

Jordan Even (145) of Cedar Rapids and Rachele Miller (148) of Bettendorf won the overall titles.
