According to police, the teen was charged with willful serious injury from the May 21 incident that led to a stabbing, stemming from road rage in Waterloo.

The altercation happened where W. 1st St. passes under Highway 218 in Waterloo. Authorities say 20-year-old Mitchell Mincks was riding his motorcycle several blocks away, and got into an altercation with several other people in a car.
