Chinese Stir Fry Recipe

Servings: 3-4 ppl.

Ingredients:  1 lb. of boneless skinless chicken “thinly sliced”

                           1 lb. of 51-60 ct. shrimp “deveined, tail-off”

                           1- 8oz. can of water chestnuts “sliced”

                           1 brocoli floret “sliced”

1 cup of carrots “thinly sliced”

1 bell pepper of choice “match stick sliced”

1 small yellow onion “thinly sliced”

1 tbsp. of garlic “minced”

1 tbsp. of ginger “minced”

2 tbsp. of toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp. of oyster sauce

2 tbsp. of soy sauce

Garinsh with sesame seeds

Directions:     Take a grilling pan for veggies, they have little holes all over the pan.  This keeps everything from falling            

                           in to the grill.  Cook your proteins first on high heat being your chicken and shrimp.  When they are just      

                           about done add everything in to the veggie grill pan “except” the sesame seeds.  Keep everything in the

                            veggie grill pan moving because you are on high heat.  Do-not burn.  Just a few minutes you will be

                           done.  Serve over white rice and enjoy!
