EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (KWWL) -

The Waterloo Bucks tallied 12 hits for a 9-2 win over Eau Claire just one day after suffering their first shutout of the season.

Carson McPherson (1-1) picked up his first win of the season, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits.

Waterloo took control of the game early on as Tyler Selesky drilled his first home run of the season, a 3 run shot to right in the first inning. The Bucks would never relinquish the lead the rest of the way.

The victory pulled the Bucks (9-4) back in to a first place tie with Rochester. Waterloo and Eau Claire wrap up their series on Monday.
