WATERLOO (KWWL) - Waterloo Police Chief Dan Trelka said Friday police have a person of interest in the shooting that injured Marshon Glover Jr., 4, in April.

A stray bullet came through Glover's home in the 1600 block of Mulberry St. in Waterloo, hitting Glover in the stomach while he was playing inside. Glover was sent to the hospital, and has been recovering.

Police say while they have a person of interest who may have pulled the trigger that day, they say the case remains a challenge because they're not receiving as many tips as they'd like.  Police are not releasing the name of the person of interest.

If you have any information on the case, call Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers or Waterloo Police.
