LINN COUNTY (KWWL) - Crews were called to a single-vehicle rollover crash Saturday morning in Linn County.

Around 9 a.m., Linn County Deputies, Linn County Rescue 57 along with Marion Fire Department and Center Point Ambulance service were dispatched to an accident along Highway 13, just south of Austin Rd.

When crews arrived, they found a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am on its top in the west ditch.

The driver of the car, Priscilla Warner, 21, of Mount Vernon, had been driving southbound on Highway 13 when she lost control of the vehicle over turning in the west ditch. According to state patrol, Warner and the only passenger in the vehicle, Brian Jolley, 30, of Marion, were both wearing their seat belts at the time of the accident.

Warner and Jolley were transported to St. Luke's hospital by Center Point Ambulance with what appeared to be non-life-threatening injuries.

Charges are pending and the incident remains under investigation by the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
