According to the weekly Iowa Department of Public Health's Ebola Briefing the risk of anyone in the state getting Ebola is incredibly low.

Currently there are 12 people in the state who are self-monitoring for symptoms of the disease. Those who self-monitor are low risk travelers who don't have any signs of illness, but have traveled from Sierra Leone, Liberia or Guinea within the last 21 days.
