Saints shut-out Muskegon, force game 5

 The Dubuque Fighting Saints put the bad taste of Friday's loss out of their mouths, rolling past Muskegon 6-0 in game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Saints, who trailed 2-1 in the series, fought off elimination, forcing a winner take all game 5 on Tuesday night.

Forward Seamus Malone had things going early on, assisting on the team's first 2 goals by Dylan Gambrall and Jacob Benson. Malone then put the puck home from a tight angle late in the 2nd on a power play for a commanding 3-0 lead going to the final period.

Willie Knierem added 2 goals in the third and assisted on the final tally by Mitchell Smith to round out the Saints scoring, while Jacob Nehama stopped all 26 shots he saw on the night.

Game 5 is set for Tuesday at 7:05 pm in Dubuque. The winner will face Sioux Falls in the Clark Cup Finals.
