DUBUQUE (KWWL) - The suspension of a Dubuque police officer is upheld -- as we see the video of what happened.

Our coverage partners at the Dubuque Telegraph-Herald say officer Ryan Clark used excessive force during an arrest last fall. TH Media also got video of the arrest.

Last fall, Officer Clark was called to a bus to deal with a woman who was drunk.  The officer told the woman she'd have to come with him.
In the video, you can hear her threaten him. He says she was resisting arrest.

According to the TH, this is the second use of force incident for Clark. The first time Clark had to take a course on proper use of force.

In this case, he was suspended four days.
