Kernels lose first game of the season to Peoria, 3-2 in 12 innings

It took extra innings, but the Kernels dropped their first game of the season on Wednesday night. The Peoria Chiefs beat the Kernels 3-2 in 12 innings.

The Chiefs' Collin Radack led off the 12th inning with a single. He then stole second base before advancing to third base on a sacrifice bunt by Steve Bean. Radack scored the go-ahead run on a RBI fielder's choice by Andrew Sohn. With the infield drawn in.  The Kernels went down in order in the bottom of the 12th inning to lose for the first time in 2015.
