The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cedar Rapids says a brand-new 15-passenger van was stolen after a weekend break in.

It happened on Saturday, April 11 at the Polk Unit, located at the Polk Alternative Education Center on B Ave. NE. The van, a 2015 Ford, had just been donated by the Variety of the Children's Charity earlier this year.

Club organizers said surveillance video shows someone breaking into the facility. They took three laptops, a Wii game console, several games and the van key. The thief can also be seen getting in the van and driving away.

Police were alerted Monday morning when staff arrived. They're currently investigating.
