DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is asking for help finding a dog that is accused of biting someone on April 12.

The health department says the dog has long, black and white fur and is possibly a Border Collie. They say the dog was being walked between 4 p.m and 5 p.m. in the 500 block of Clarke Drive by a white man in his mid to late 30's.

The department needs to verify the dog's vaccination history.

If you have information about this incident, call the Health Services Department at 563-589-4185 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, or the Law Enforcement Center at 563-589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
