DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Four people are behind bars Monday after a report of shots fired this weekend, according to the Dubuque Police.

Dubuque Police responded to the report at 663 Jefferson Street Saturday morning at 4:23.  A release from the Dubuque police said Taneisha S. Berry, 25, answered the door, but was immediately uncooperative and was arrested for Interference with Official Acts. While she was being transported to jail, she began kicking the windows and tried to get out of the handcuffs.  The officer had to stop the car to re-secure the handcuffs, and was bit and scratched by Berry, the release said.

The release said Robby R. Williams Jr., 21, was also inside the house, and had a warrant out for Forgery/Credit Card Fraud, and was arrested.  Tiffany L. Ellis, 24 and Kohl V. Lee, 26, were also in the home at the time.  Dubuque Police said Ellis had a warrant out of Jo Daviess County, Ill., for stolen property and Lee was intoxicated and found to be in violation of his parole.  Both were arrested.

The Dubuque Police said they executed a search warrant for the house, and found drugs and paraphernalia, but no weapon.  They did, however, recover shell casings believed to be related to the disturbance, they said.

According to the release, Berry, Ellis and Lee all remain in the Dubuque County Jail.
