Officials looking for Dubuque cat involved in biting incident

DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

Dubuque's Health Services Department is looking for information about a cat involved in a biting incident that happened on Thursday, Apr. 9.

It happened just before 8:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of Wilson Ave.  The cat is described as having short black hair with a red collar.

The Health Department is looking to verify the cat's health status and vaccination history.

Anyone with information about this incident should call the Health Services Department at 563-589-4185 during business hours, or call the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center after hours at 563-589-4415.
