CLINTON (KWWL) -

The signs of a tornado were everywhere: Fallen tree branches, missing shingles, and even a collapsed barn.

Despite some property damage spread throughout Clinton, no injuries were reported.

During the EF-1 tornado, more than 2,200 customers reported power outages. That number has been whittled to less than 20 today.

But the cleanup efforts are in full swing. Crews can be seen all over the place, chopping up trees and branches scattered throughout yards.

Most houses have minor damage, although one house's roof is partially collapsed.

None fared nearly as worse as a barn outside of town. It's nearly leveled. Luckily, the owner said, none of the livestock inside were injured, even though they were all inside at the time.

Mike Niles was busy working on a tree that went down in his yard, too.

"I was actually on the way home from work," Niles said. "My daughters called very upset, my neighbors called. They basically said the winds have come up, took the tree down behind me here, hit the house. When I came into town it was pitch black, had a lot of hail, a lot of wind."

Niles said he's surprised it went down this time.

"We've seen some pretty bad ones, honestly," he said. "I'm pretty surprised the tree went with this one yesterday. We've definitely had worse winds here."

But, he said, it could've been much worse.

"We got off pretty lucky, actually."
