DUBUQUE (KWWL) -

The City of Dubuque Health Services Department is looking for a cat they say bit someone.

The cat, which has short black hair and a red collar, bit a person Thursday night in the 1,000 block of Wilson Avenue.

The department wants to verify the health status and vaccination records of the cat.

If you have information about this incident, call the Health Services Department at 563-589-4185 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call the Law Enforcement Center at 563-589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
